Shade Cloth Structure goes up

Facilities putting up the shade cloth structure. They drilled opposing holes and put in rebar on ends and are pouring cement. The soil is VERY difficult to work dry due to clay. Add to this the pad is not level nor even. Simon, Mike and Javier are pictured.
